Return and Refund Policy

You have the option to return the product(s) within 14 days of receipt. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the sealed product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at vitavit.shop1@gmail.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Other methods of returns will not be processed;

RETURNS EXCEPTIONS
a. For sealed products (hygienic products, products with a health risk, audio and video recordings and computer equipment): If the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
b. Discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.
c. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
d. that are clearly personal in nature;
e. which by their nature cannot be returned;
f. that can spoil or age quickly;
g. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
h. for individual newspapers and magazines;
i. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
